Business as unusual
Business as Unusual is a podcast started by Rachel Wong, a badass who works in the environmentalism field. The podcast is about reframing the climate conversation around solutions and the sociopolitical aspects of the crisis that are not talked enough about.
The title of the podcast plays on the phrase “Business as Usual”, which is enviro jargon for trucking down the same fossil fuel emitting road that we've been on since industrial revolution days.

The world we live in often confuses us and we are unclear of what reality truly is. Especially in terms of the environment and climate change. How can we help? How does our itentity play in to our role and the envolution of the planet? Playing on the "Picture of Dorian Grey" I created a host portrait for Rachel. She liked the idea of a juxtaposition between a normal looking young person vs the demonic, warmping experience. It feels explanitory of the millenial experiece, who are we and where do we go from here. Let's use our sporadic disillusionment to ground us toward making change.
